Central York Wrestling Registration Information

*PLEASE READ*

The Central York Wrestling Booster Association invites K–6th grade students (ages 5–13) in the Central York School District to join our elementary wrestling program.

Our program accommodates all skill levels. Wrestlers are matched up based on age, weight, and experience. Tournaments are optional — the focus is on fundamentals, skill building, and having fun.

 

Registration Costs ($175)

  • $135 base registration fee – covers the first child.

  • $100 sibling fee – applies for each additional child in the same family.

  • $40 volunteer deposit per family – refunded after completing 2 volunteer hours.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: EACH SIBLING MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY

Singlet Options (uniforms)

Each wrestler must have a singlet for matches. Options:

  1. Used singlet – $20 (limited sizes, while supplies last)

  2. New singlet – $35 (available by early December; orders due mid-October, allow 4–6 weeks turnaround)

  3. Already own a Central York singlet – $0 (or purchase through the Rudis online store)

Practice Information

 

  • Each wrestler will be assigned to a group based on years of experience and will practice 2 days a week.
  • Practices are run T/W/TH 6-7 and 7-8:30 (Your wrestlers practice days and time will be communicated to you prior to season start)
  • Practices will start MID NOVEMBER and run till MID FEBRUARY
